Payment

For greater convenience, international purchases can be made through different credit cards (Visa, Elo, Mastercard, American Express). For any special request, feel free to contact us. The site also informs the prices of the pieces in US dollars and euros.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Please note that we do not carry out exchanges or returns for international purchases.

Delivery

​International deliveries are made exclusively through DHL. The average delivery time is 4 to 9 working days. Purchases outside Brazil are delivery-free. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of being placed.

Custom Taxes

We do not take into account any customs tax of your country and don't hold any responsibility for them. It is advisable to check your country's customs policies before purchasing CAZUHÊ products to avoid surprises. Usually, our pieces are shipped from Brazil.
 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Internacional purchases can be canceled within a maximum of 24 hours after placing the Order. In this case, please, send an e-mail to cazuhehouse@gmail.com requesting cancellation. After this period, the order may have already been dispatched for delivery and it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

For made-to-order pieces, like Hachi design, it's necessary to wait 15 to 30 days for the piece to be created and hallmarked. For this type of piece, the production time doesn't include the shipping.
